This page contains the Terms and Conditions governing your use of the www.logiccenterdesign.com Web Site and its services. Please read this page carefully. By submitting the order form or sending payment the client agrees to accept the following terms and conditions. The entire content of this website is the copyright of logiccenterdesign.com and may not be reproduced without permission. All rights reserved.

Logo Store


In our Logo Store the logos are divided in two different categories. You will have the opportunity to purchase a limited license to use one of the symbols in our database from the Basic category. Logos in this category do not include copyrights and they can be sold several times. LogicCenter retains copyrights to the original symbols you choose in the Basic category, however the limited license allows you to use and display the purchased symbol in your customized logo in any kind of advertising and promotional materials. Logos in the Exclusive category include copyrights and they are unique and sold to you only. Afterwards they will be removed from our Logo Store and adjusted to your needs in several steps. LogicCenter retains the right to cancel orders and refund your money at any point in the development process. LogicCenter also retains the right to modify or change this policy, at its sole discretion, at any time.

You cannot sell, assign, or otherwise transfer rights to the symbol alone from the Basic category, however, any trademarks rights you may eventually develop in the logo will be owned by you. The logo includes the symbol and the text you display with that symbol.

Custom Design
Concepts and Revisions

All interaction occurs over the Internet.
LogicCenter will begin creation of any custom design (THE PROJECT) upon receipt of a retainer fee from THE CLIENT (100% of the full billable amount as outlined in our custom design sheet). Projects may require a signed payment authorization form, or telephone payment verification before scheduling.

For Standard Package:

2 designers will collaborate on your logo design concepts, your 4 logo concepts will be ready in 3-5 days. LogicCenter.com will deliver 1 free redraw and 3 free revisions of your project. Each new logo design (redraw) concept is $25. Each additional revision is $10: That do not require a new design or a complete overhaul of the original design. This includes color, font, or position changes needed.

For Professional Package and Corporate Package:

3-5 designers will collaborate on your logo design concepts, your logo concepts will be ready in 3-5 days. LogicCenter.com will deliver 2 free redraws and unlimited free revisions of your project. Each new logo design (redraw) concept is $25. Revision cycles take 24-48 hours to complete, depending on the complexity of your requested changes.
The symbols used in all preliminary designs which you do not select as the final version of your logo remain the full property of LogicCenter and you do not own a limited license to them.
Client shall have 1 month to respond to each set of concepts/revisions submitted to Client for review. If we do not hear back from the client for more than 1 month, LogicCenter will assume the project complete and the project shall be deemed to be complete.
Some projects are completed in two days while others can take months to complete.
Upon completion of THE PROJECT, LogicCenter agrees to transfer all electronic files relating to THE PROJECT to THE CLIENT via previously agreed to method of transmission. LogicCenter retains the right to utilize ANY artwork, designs, edits, revisions and work product from THE PROJECT in advertising, promotion and other, not-for-pay display. LogicCenter agrees to add a Trademark, Copyright or other ownership mark as may be requested by THE CLIENT from time to time. Further more LogicCenter reserves the right to publish any comment/feedback/testimonial that the client send the company on the logiccenterdesign website or any other promotional material and sister websites.

All artwork, designs, edits, revisions and work product created in THE PROJECT (other than the FINAL design accepted by THE CLIENT as being the subject of this agreement) remain the exclusive copyright and intellectual property of LogicCenter. Any use of this work project by THE CLIENT and/or their assigns is strictly prohibited without written, prior permission by LogicCenter.

LogicCenter reserves the right to cancel any order and refund the amount paid before starting the project. Further more LogicCenter is not liable for loss of the fee paid due to transactions being lost with the authorized retailer (2Checkout) or any other related problems.
